Boxing was hard (again) this morning. Warm up - 25 step jacks, 10 squats, 10 pushups x 3. 10mins on the bag. Then 10 by 2mins padwork rounds followed by 1min squats/pushups/crunches/lunges etc. Life is going to hurt tomorrow.

Hey Afrihost I contacted your WA helpline about my slow connection speed & now, thanks to Jackson R, I rebooted my router & now can't connect to Wifi or log in to the router using the default p/word. Apparently I now need a new router. So unimpressed & angry #Fail
