I'm deeply concerned to learn Hampshire's Police & Crime Commissioner believes the rioters vandalising our streets and attacking mosques are motivated by "the need to uphold British values." These extreme views make her totally unsuitable to hold this position of responsibility

These are riots not protests. Targetting people of colour, attacking mosques, looting shops & setting fire to asylum hotels are not the actions of people with “legitimate concerns.” Criminals must face the full force of the law. Britain is better than this.

🆕 Findings from Medical Protection reveal urgent problems in NHS disciplinary processes, impacting doctors' mental health: -80% reported impact on mental health; 44% had suicidal thoughts. -1 in 5 disciplinaries lasted >1 year; some beyond 2 years.
