Dad would always comment about how it was one of the most difficult illustrations to communicate well. When I was ordained myself years later, I finally understood why. This is a difficult story to tell properly, with a wonderful message. mbscraper.com/2022/02/05/on-…

Discovering that what you were taught to believe is harmful, is itself a healthy thing. Continuing in those beliefs after your discovery because you're afraid of losing face, isn't.

If you're a 40ish year old explaining to your kids why this was the greatest halftime show ever, you failed as a parent. #drefrombirth

People who benefit from the status quo are always going to be reluctant to change it. They will always seek to couch their reluctance with an argument, like Judas, that sounds altruistic.

Vote today. Though we were granted citizenship in the U.S. in 1924, the last state to affirm that indigenous people have the right to vote was Utah, in 1962. 1962. Don't take your rights for granted. Vote. Today.

While speaking with the residents, it was evident how neglected the apartments were, everything from lacking basic necessities to safety hazards. These apartments are unlivable and overpriced - this is profiteering at its finest. We must do better to protect our most vulnerable.

Over the past 270 days I have been to every county. Meeting people where they are, learning about issues they are facing, some of which are dire and demand immediate attention. Showing up is what it takes to comprehend what Oklahomans are facing. Where are you Sen. James Lankford?

These people are rock stars! 110 degrees outside, and this amazing team of humans served 132 meals, passed out an overwhelming amount of cold water, and even brought popsicles for people who were standing in line.

Over the past few years, the holiest day of my week has become Tuesday. The holiest place?...a little known park filled with forgotten people in Stockyards City.
