Happy Monday! Grand Rounds this morning provided us with a thorough review of the past, present and future of hip arthroscopy from Mario Hevesi MD PhD - we’re excited to have him back with us in his first year on staff!

Capsular preparation at the time of #HipArthroscopy sets the tone for #CapsularRepair at the end of the case. A helpful technique for capsular mobilization and closure is to free adhesions to the gluteus minimus, described anatomically by Walters and shown in our surgical video.
