Kiki Postcard I got at a Ghibli shop, don't think this type of architecture appears in the actual movie so it's quite interesting to see how it's treated. Bright/clean surrounded by green countryside. Picturesque apartment complexes.

In the '70s, Hayao Miyazaki and Isao Takahata did a small movie about pandas. It set a course for their careers—and for Ghibli. Nice hi-res poster for anime classic "Gamba" from 1975. Can see the mountain in the back is virtually just 2 toned with some darker markings for exposed rock.

1990s vs remake concepts from Nintendo. The remakes are worse in every way completely lose the feeling of both moments. 1. now looks like they're posing for a photo and 2. goes from exhausted relief from danger to just fast asleep.
