Check out our work developing PCL nanofibers modified with peptides for biomedical applications. We are able to spatially and temporally control peptide conjugation and show bone derived mesenchymal stem cell adhesion and spreading. sciencedirect.com/science/articl…

New paper alert in ACS Synthetic Bio! Here, we designed receptors that sense peptides in 3D gels and showed that cellular activation only occurs in peptide-patterned (red) regions, as seen by their glow from the fusion of two GFP halves. pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac… Rowan University
