After running 150miles last month to raise £ for Mind I developed tendonitis. After 5 weeks without running i FINALLY managed a run yesterday! Enough can't be said for benefits of exercise on mental health. Proud to have my employer Co-op supporting MIND! #ItsWhatWeDo
