A little bit of #Caribbean in Geneva celebrating OECS Commission Day! Lovely lovely steel pan!

Tomorrow at the World Health Organization (WHO) for the H20 Summit 2025: Rebuilding Public Trust for Global Health: Coming together for SDG30 I will highlight priorities of #Barbados & SIDS on NCDs and why we need to do more as a global community

Thank you so much to International Gender Champions (IGC) for coming to speak to our interns from The Shridath Ramphal Centre, UWI and Newcastle uni about why we must continue to care about gender equality!

To The Shridath Ramphal Centre, UWI & newcastle interns who worked at 🇧🇧 Mission this week: I will miss you! Thank you for the beautiful words to me & the Mission team, for the commitment and dedication and for your spirit! I can’t wait to see the amazing things you will do next

Side event to the UN Human Rights Council Tues from 13:00 at Intercon hotel focused on leveraging Universal Periodic Review to advance right to health. 🇧🇧 pleased to sponsor this with Rwanda in Geneva, 🇬🇾 and CeHDI UPR Info

At H20 Summit at World Health Organization (WHO) 🇧🇧: -multilateralism matters for SIDS -fight against NCDs must have SIDS at centre - investing in AMR & anti-biotic research matters -we cannot move ‘beyond aid’ but must make it more targeted - we must put people at centre of our global health policies

It was such a pleasure to meet up with Caribbean son of the soil Michael McKay today at 🇧🇧 Embassy and discuss everything from #Windrush to the current state of multilateralism.
