i still think the broader market is overly rotated on model quality over workflow. coding and support work so well because there's an existing agent abstraction. every other market is searching for or trying to create the abstraction but at the core, it's not a model problem

wondering if the world bifurcates into 1) end markets that are AI-ready, served by AI-native companies, and 2) AI laggard markets, supported by existing companies... and these are two discrete categories of company that look different top to bottom for the foreseeable future

seeing this play out more and more lately. eg sfdc x openai, gemini enterprise, microsoft agent 365, etc
