The interesting thing here is that this has to do with *patent* infringement, not *copyright* infringement. Correct me if I'm wrong here, but this lawsuit seems to be focused more on the mechanics of Palworld than the actual Pals themselves.

Splatoon 3 on Switch 2 is well-programmed with no issues at all.

I don't know why people didn't think this wouldn't happen to be honest. The biggest issue with the Switch 2 is $80 games and such - the Switch 2 hardware itself was totally fine and I think $450 is actually reasonable pricing for it.
