Many of us go through different phases in life where we transition from being a victim to taking responsibility for our own problems. The accountability ladder serves as a powerful visual representation of this transformation. #accountability

Ask these questions if you need to create a roadmap: - What stage of growth the company is in? - Do I have a full list of ranked priorities? - Who should I align with? - Do I know the overall company objectives clearly? - Are there any critical milestones?

Dear CEOs, founders and executives! Pls stop being HIPPOs! A HIPPO (Highest Paid Person) whose opinion massively influences product decisions, can be a dangerous participant, if they are not careful and are unaware of their impact on product direction. Share this with your CEO!

Product management and AI don't mix if AI is misused. Use AI can help you: 1) Generate new artifacts to stimulate brainstorming and ideation 2) Make sense of large amounts of text/data. 3) Rephrase your content to make it better, funnier, more formal etc.

As product managers, creating value is key, but we fail to properly verbalize it. It's important to think about the business impact, the difference it makes and real value created for a business. This will also help improve marketing messaging, value props & release notes.

The one trait that will make you bullet-proof against AI take-over! Empathy! It fosters meaningful connections, so that we understand and support each other emotionally. No amount of automation can replace an empathetic person! Practice some empathy today!

We consistently underestimate how much others like us (based on research). Research shows that this negative bias can persist beyond initial interactions, affecting workplace dynamics, collaboration, and diversity efforts. buff.ly/48cWiZT

If growth is stagnant, it's not always necessary to launch new products to new markets. There are other options available too.

Four critical product risks every entrepreneur and product manager should be mindful of: 1. Usability Risk: Can users figure out how to use it 2. Value Risk: Does it solve real customer problems 3. Viability Risk: Would the solution last? 4. Feasibility Risk: can we build it?

Is prototype = MVP? They both represent something we present to the end user to receive early feedback. Prototypes don't bring value to the end user. They show *potential* and a simulation of an experience. MVP's do create value for the end user i.e. they are useful!
