Congratulations Mark Penjueli for successfully defending his capstone research NYU Abu Dhabi. Mark is a budding population geneticist from #Fiji who will continue his work in collaboration with Alexander G. Ioannidis throughout the summer. I have learned a lot from him. Congrats Mark!!!!

Extremely grateful to attend my first research conference in #Hawaii. I got to meet my amazing mentors whom I’ve collaborated with over Zoom since 2021, plus other amazing professors who're leading researchers in population genomics. What a way to spend the new year! #PSB2023
