Fully supportive of the decision LM9 took today. As a club, we took a stance in support of our player & will allow the football authorities to deal with the allegations following due process. Today has nothing to do with the score, we have to stand together against racism.

I am deeply upset & disappointed with the actions of 1 person last night in our game against Horbury Town FC There is no place for this kind of behaviour & we will do everything we can to identify the person involved from the CCTV footage we have available.

Ultimately, this error falls on me as Chairman of this club & I am big enough to hold my hands up & apologise to the players, management & fans of Worsbrough Bridge AFC - many clubs have made the same error. I know how strong we are & I know we will bounce back from disappointment.

A difficult week after all the cup fiasco, trust me it hurts when sh1t like that happens, but I'm so proud of the Worsbrough Bridge AFC players again today, they have stood up to the battle again to stay unbeaten in 12 games 👏 They are a fantastic group & a credit to the club.

As 2024 draws to an end, its time to reflect & think about those special moments. None of us know what 2025 will bring us, but I am thankful to have such great people & have such great memories. To all my family & friends, we can look forward to creating new memories in 2025.

One of the things I am most proud of is the loyalty & dedication of players who have played Worsbrough Bridge AFC in my time. With several players playing 100 games & today Conor Glavin makes 150 Glav has been a great signing since joining in 2021. Congratulations & thanku ❤️

Just wanted to congratulate Horbury Town FC Wakefield AFC @wombwelltownfc Dearne & District FC Ilkley Town AFC on achieving top 5. It's been a battle & credit to the teams in Macron NCEL that it's gone to the wire. Little old Worsbrough Bridge AFC has given it our best & I'm proud of our efforts.

Another Macron NCEL is over & a top 6 finish for a squad that has given us some fantastic moments. Not since 2001/02 have the Briggers finished in the top 6, so it has been a truly remarkable season to be proud of. Thanku to everyone that has given the club so much this season.

Personally disappointed to see Dronfield Town FC & Swallownest FC depart the Macron NCEL had some great battles with both clubs over the years & they have some fantastic people involved. Looks a lot more travelling in 2025/26 be interesting to see what impact that has on attendances.

Can't wait to see how consistently this rule is applied 🤣 If it is anything like the sin bin rule application we are in for fun !
