Left my backpack in an Uber last night at 11:30pm est after being dropped off from the John Glenn Intl Airport to @HiltonColumbus. I have the drivers name, vehicle type, plate #. I’ve contacted Uber Support several times. I have my medication in there & no reply. Now I call the cops.

This is what’s disappointing. A company as big as Uber with terrible customer service and zero care. But they’ll take my money for rides and the driver took my cash tip.
