Providing relief to CFL prior to livestock sector is going to be a head scratcher.

It is time to allow cuts of meat from provincially inspected plants to be sold anywhere in Canada. Current rule says if the plant has provincial inspectors, it can only be sold in that province. It must have federal inspectors (CFIA) to be sold anywhere. Time to change that.
