It’s no beef but I’m about to do another mass unfollowing on these apps. It’s a lot of low vibrational energy I don’t resonate with being posted. I know it’s just entertainment but I use my platform often to promote positivity and it’s becoming a distraction. It’s all love still.

Peace family. Today I was having difficulty getting out of bed. Body was and still is extremely exhausted and sore. Had to cancel making money and reschedule a meeting. All this to say..make sure you aren’t over doing it. Listen to your body and take a break when needed.

Sometimes you have to sacrifice the things people worship just to get the peace you deserve. E.g. for me to get my own spot in Cali and start getting paid for my talent in the kitchen after 2 years of not getting paid I had to quit and give up my “cELebriTy cHEF” status to do so.

So from the outside in I made a terrible decision. I was crazy for letting it all go. I was every name in the book from folks that only got one side of a story but never took time to actually understand my why. For my peace I was ok with that.

So don’t always be so quick to judge someone’s decisions especially if you aren’t aware of the real and logical reasons behind why they had to make those decisions. 🤷🏾‍♂️
