At Majicom, we believe in putting the user at the centre of our solution development. This week students at Ardhi University have been using our kiosk and providing us with valuable feedback. We will use these learnings to improve the user-friendliness of our system. #majicom

Our tech team has been making on-the-fly improvements to our #digital #water kiosks. A key theme that has emerged from our user sessions has been to simplify the payment and dispensing workflow of our systems. We are now implementing a shorter and more intuitive flow. #majicom

We've had a fantastic day meeting businesses, government departments, and NGOs. We are building our partner network to ensure our kiosks can be manufactured, managed, and promoted locally. Our mission is to provide clean water by working alongside communities and stakeholders.

Our first #water kiosks will be installed on the Ardhi University campus soon! Our solution will reduce the cost of clean water by over 50% for students, minimize single-use plastic waste, and provide a new and important source of income for the university. #majicom #impact

Our water kiosks use digital technologies to automate water treatment, payment, and dispensing. This allows us to deploy kiosks in a decentralised model without the need for constant supervision. Our network of automated kiosks will ensure users are never far from clean #water.

Our kiosks are manufactured using low-cost production methods and composite materials. This ensures that our systems can be made and maintaned locally. By working with local partners in Tanzania we will soon establish manufacturing hubs to support our pilot programmes. #water
