REMINDER: physicals are next Wednesday. ALL ATHLETES must have a NEW physical in order to participate in anything over the summer & the upcoming school year 2021-2022.

‼️THIS WEDNESDAY‼️ you can get a blank copy of the physical form from your coach or the training room. Parents please fill out the medical history portion & send that to school with your athlete on the day of physicals.
