I’m coping very well with life I’ve spent £30 on pic n mix

The only perk of feeling so unbelievably awful is that I am smashing through my TBR as I need my brain occupied at every moment

eds is absolutely wild like i can literally fall backwards out of my wheelchair and come away relatively unscathed but if i yawn wrong i end up in hospital

Today I took my meds and had a shower and I’m proud of myself for that

Anyone got any advice for putting Alan in a cattery? We’ve found a good one where my dads dog also goes, we’re going to give him his blanket and it’s safer than him being around dogs who will terrify him but I’m so scared and feel so guilty having to do this

Playing the ‘is this dislocation hospital level’ game again. I’m so fed up

Had my PIP assessment today. I’m drained. I don’t know how it went. I’m terrified for the outcome.

Anxiety can be such a beast

Little things make so so much difference in appointments. My physio asked if I wanted any lights changed or if I preferred a different spot to work due to sensory processing disorder. And with my CPTSD he always tells me before he touches me and it just helps so much
