Temos que tomar cuidado com o viralatismo, um sentimento muito forte no brasileiro médio. Inclusive órgãos oficiais tem que se cuidar para não apostar em propaganda que se fundamenta nisso. O “exterior” tem de tudo, inclusive universidades ruins e pesquisadores fracos.
