Excited to share our (with LukeGilbert) new preprint (is.gd/5kgWsI) on a new combinatorial functional genomics platform that enables 6-plex CRISPRi pooled screens. This platform works for multi-gene targeting and is especially suited for multi-enhancer targeting.


We’re thrilled to welcome Hani Goodarzi Hani Goodarzi, Associate Professor of Biochemistry & Biophysics UC San Francisco, as our newest Core Investigator His groundbreaking research uses machine learning models and experimental frameworks to dig into cancer progression and metastasis.


Jingtian Zhou joins as our first Science Fellow. Jingtian is a recent PhD graduate in Bioinformatics & Systems Biology from UC San Diego and a former Salk Institute scientist. His pioneering work has developed new algorithms and insights into the epigenetic basis of brain development


This week, Myllia Biotechnology welcomed LukeGilbert from the UC San Francisco and Christoph Bock from the Christoph Bock Lab @ CeMM & MedUni Vienna at CeMM for the annual SAB meeting in Vienna, Austria! The day was focused on Myllia’s technology platform combining CRISPR perturbation with single-cell RNA sequencing.
