Up at 4:15am to do an 8 hour shift, then teach kids drama for an hour now back to the gym to teach Booty Hiit at 6:30pm... how am I still alive right now? 😨

On the bus shoulder reading a middle aged woman scroll through her Facebook feed and her pals Denise and Paula are not having a good time at all. Paula feels like an elastic band that’s been pullled too much and Denise just wants to be left alone.. I thought I was stressed😂

To all the new graduates out there, graduate life can be hard, it’s different to the bubble you’ve all been in for the duration of your training but keep finding things to be inspired by; theatre, performers, performances. Inspiration will get you through it all. I promise!

I dreamt that I was late for work at my current job and my old job. I dreamt that I sat on the bus at a bus stop for 20 minutes as I didn’t hear the announcement that says the bus terminates here and finally I dreamt I missed my alarm....I’m not stressed I promise😩

Just got on the bus and the girl I sat next to took out her headphones and told me I looked lovely today! What a gorgeous human being she is 🤗

Whenever I feel I’ve taken on too much at once, I think back to the term at Mountview where they made us learn 2 new rep songs and a new monologue every week as well as attending 3 hour jazz classes, animal studies and trying to achieve clear tone.

I taught a whole spin class with a hole in my leggings.... the hole was in my crotch.... i also went to Sainsbury’s too.... I only discovered it when I got home....

This week I’ve taught 17 spin classes - that’s 17 one woman show’s without the applause...
