(1/9) As per our boiler issues today I would like to apologise to our guests regarding the shortage of available food in the restaurant.

(2/9) Unfortunately our boiler broke down and we had no access to hot water, therefore our chefs would be unable to sanitize between courses

(3/9) There was unfortunately nothing to do at the time however we have ordered the appropriate part to fix the issue as soon as possible

(4/9) We hope to have this resolved by tomorrow morning during our breakfast service.

(5/9) Our receptionist, operations manager and Restaurant manager, Grant, Agnes and Khym all worked incredibly hard this afternoon...

(6/9)... making guests sandwiches, snacks and having cold water on hand to try and ease the tensions of the evening.

(7/9) We hope that the inconvenience caused was limited and this doesn't happen again, and would like to thank every one of our guests.....
