Yesterday we travelled to Watkins for the McGowan XC Invite. Molly Jones placed 22nd and led the girls to an 11th place finish. Our all-freshman boys squad finished 12th. Carson Pound was the top male placer in 34th. We pick back up next Saturday at Fairfield Union.

Congrats Isaiah!! He also collected two individual golds at our home invitational on Saturday. His 100m performance matched his school record (11.09s) and his 200m time of 22.76s narrowly missed his record in that event.💨

Great weather set the stage for many personal/school records last night at LV. Congrats to Isaiah for resetting his school record in the 100m (10.92) and the 4x100m team of Cadence McNichols, Isaiah, Nolan Moore, and Matthew Keller (45.00) for eclipsing the record set last year!

Congrats to Isaiah Mitchell who closed out his Lakewood career in the Regional 100m prelim with a 10th place finish. Isaiah had a decorated campaign as a Lancer, including 4 school records, 2 indoor state meet appearances, and numerous other accomplishments.
