Pt 1. Absolutely disgusted with Butlin's - We booked in December for half term. Mid-February they sent out an update that the main pool is shut for our trip, this was never shown at booking. It's replaced with a circus and ice skating. At 6 months pregnant I won't be ice skating.

Pt. 2 Butlin's The toddler pool Is open, a pool that my children will be knee-deep in.... They're 6 and 9 and want to swim, best part of the holiday. I want to swim. I contacted them in early Feb airing my concerns that I'd like to cancel as we're not getting what is advertised.

Pt3. @butlins I never had a reply, I then contacted on Facebook and was told I'd get a reply. Still no reply. we go in a few weeks and I'm now seeing lots of rides are close, the new accommodation we've booked for £1400 is only half done sounds like a shit show.

After a phone call @butlins can offer a possible resort change for a 4-night stay, not the 7 we've paid for and we wouldn't get any money back. He kindly pointed out how our circumstances are different and I can't use XYZ... Thanks for the reminder.
