Powerful discussion about building a culture of feedback at Odessa Shannon Middle School, aligned with the SIP. Natasha Booms: “Feedback is not an indictment.” Psychological safety and trust are critical to yielding that culture, and to the success of staff and students.
Dr. Booms shared her journey and how her 8th grade English teacher, Mr. Lynch, was the first teacher who told her that she could be a writer. He saw something in her that had been overlooked, and that is what Natasha Booms wants for every student at Odessa Shannon!
