Enjoyed watching the La Salle Rams and Arielle compete in the Boston Holiday Challenge at the New Balance track in Boston. Such an amazing place. Proud of Arielle for taking on this new challenge this winter and making it onto the varsity 4x400 team.

Another great performance by Arielle in her track meet last night. She ran a leg of the 4x200 which came in first place and the 300, finishing 1st in her heat and 7th out of 25. She is getting stronger and faster every time out there and is enjoying every minute of it!!

2nd place finish for the La Salle Girls’ 4x400 at the RIIL State Meet. Individual PRs for all four girls and an improved time overall by 3 seconds. So fun to watch these girls compete.

After the past couple of weeks for our school district, and with Town Meeting looming on Monday, I hope that some people, even those with legitimate concerns and disagreements, can practice what my late grandparents called "rachmones" in Yiddish (pronounced raħ-mun-is).

It means empathy and shame. It means trying to understand the lives of others. It means being civil when you know the person on the other side is struggling or not at his/her best. I hope.

Bailey’s summer bucket list is to visit as many local bookstores as possible and buy a book or two on her TBR list. Started at one of our favorites An Unlikely Story last week. Today we visited The innisfree bookshop book store in Meredith, NH.
