To decrease discriminatory acts: @mlb should mandate multicultural training with ALL new minor & international players including penalties.

Intentionality isn't always the origin of racist acts. Racism is systemically inherent in many cultural behaviors.

If ppl are "unaware of perceived racism," teachable moments allows various cultures to learn how to act in acceptable & NON-RACIST behavior.

Simply put, now that you know that your behavior is racist...STOP BEING A RACIST!
