The actual fundamental issue with the Grand Final tickets is the competing clubs only get 17k tickets each. Most clubs have 60k+ members, it just doesn't work. Clubs should get 30k each minimum. The supporters who rock up each week need to be rewarded better.

must have been a very late night for Collingwood and Ticketek fixing the mess they made….after the absolute mess of a ballot, I’ve been given a Cat1 ticket for the GF this morning even though they put the pending txn through as a Cat4.

Brownlow voting needs a massive overhaul. Remove it from the umpires. Implement a 4-5 person panel who watch the games and vote. Must be recently retired within the last 3-4 seasons. Will give forwards / defenders greater chance for votes and more consistency.
