LAGERHAUSG (@lagerhausg) 's Twitter Profile Photo

LAGERHAUSG (@lagerhausg) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Vorstand G. Polat d. Veranstaltung verhindern, was jedoch nicht zuletzt an mangelnder Unterstützung d. Polizei scheiterte.

🕯️ We mourn the loss of Jans Assies from Norg (NL) on January 30, 1945, who was cruelly taken from his life and loved ones on January 16, 1945, when he became one of the 110 deportees from Groningen. Just two weeks later, Jans life was cut short in the Hamburg Port

at Grasbrook DessauerUfer between Hansahafen & Saalehafen at a storage building, now known as "Lagerhaus G". He was the first one of the group of his comrades in fate none of whom survived. This took place 78 years ago and still deeply affects those who remember Jans and his loss
