Ok day in disc at the Chico invite, finished with 124’ in disc but only 40.25 feet in shot, lots of work to be done

West Valley Invite, placed 4th in disc with a PR of 130’7, and an ok day in shot placing 8th with 42’0.25, overall a solid day.

League championships, all league title, and 6 prs, What an amazing meet. I got first in disc after throwing 2 prs, a 131 then a 132’10.5, which I sadly didn’t get on film, and I got second in shot after throwing 4 PRs, all over 45 feet with my best being 45’9.5. #discus #shotput
