Glad you brought this to light Victor Dayan . The higher rate of reintervention will likely translate to even higher TAVR mortality beyond 10yrs given the increased risk of surgery after TAVR that many patients will need when SVD kicks in. +PPM&paravalvular leaks come at a cost
