It turns out if you train a model to play the "what word would come next if the speaker were a human" game, you eventually get a model that picks words that imitate humans. Somehow, many intelligent people are failing to see that that doesn't imply humanity.

Ok, but it learns to imitate knowledge of primes, it doesn't actually solve prime generation. That is the difference between the imitation machine and a machine that learned math.
