Throughout the 2024-25 school year, we will be honoring students, staff, and support staff through our weekly "Ken-Ton Spotlight". This week we honor Franklin Middle School student, Braelynn. What an awesome representative of the Franklin student body!

Today KW student-athletes went to Hoover El for a Buffalo Bills pep rally! Touchdown dances & cheers were a part of this awesome event. A special thank you to the Buffalo Bills & Wegmans Food Markets along with Hoover El PE teacher Heather Ratka for getting this organized! Let’s go Buffalo!

Yesterday afternoon, the combined Kenmore girls and boys bowling teams held their "Bowl with a Staff Member" event, where they each chose a staff member to come to the lanes and bowl. It was so great seeing our students and staff compete and interact outside the classroom!

We had an AMAZING time this morning as Hoover Elementary hosted a Buffalo Bills pep rally led by DJ Milk & DJ Yes with trivia, prizes and more! Thanks to Wegmans Food Markets, every student is also going home w/ a limited edition Fisher-Price® Little People Bills collector set!

At today's pep rally at Hoover Elem, several lucky students answered trivia to win some Buffalo Bills memorabilia including: winter gear, a Shakir signed mini helmet, a Milano signed football, a Cook signed canvas print, and an Allen signed Madden cover!

.Kenmore West is proud to present "Anything Goes", a musical comedy about a group of passengers on the S.S. American as it sails from New York to London! Three performances set for February 6th, 7th, and 8th. We hope to see you there!

The Kenmore Boys Swimming & Diving team won the Niagara Frontier League Championship title today, finishing the season with a perfect 12-0 league record! #DevilDogs

We were proud to see 13 educators present at last week's Future Ready Project Showcase! Educators spent weeks developing innovative new instructional activities incorporating tech, engineering, or computer science topics to inspire students to become "future ready."

It was a fun-filled morning for 4th grade students at Franklin & Edison as they welcomed the Kenmore East HS boys basketball team! Players held basketball drills in the gymnasiums and visited some classrooms to read with students.

A big congratulations to Kenmore East HS student, Laxmi, for winning 3rd place in the NYS Assoc. for Bilingual Education Dr. Nivia Zavala Special Art Contest! Her submission, "Regarding our differences we are all equal" was among the top submissions for entrants in Gr. 6-8.

The annual Links 4 Love campaign at Edison Elementary was another HUGE success as they school raised $2,225.50 for this year's Jerry Starr SleepOut! Last Friday, faculty members stayed to connect the 1000s of links sold and hung them throughout the two main hallways.

After last night’s game at Grand Island, the KE Varsity Boys Basketball went to the Jerry Starr Sleepout. Over the course of their season, the team collected donations & the captains went out & purchased food items & hygiene products for the Ken-Ton Closet. Way to go Bulldogs!

How cool is this? Thanks to the school's PTA, Edison Elementary is now home to a book vending machine! Students will be able to get a book from the vending machine using a gold coin, which they will receive for being a monthly Soaring Eagle! What a great addition to the school!

A big congratulations to the Kenmore (KW/KE) boys bowling team for winning their second straight Section VI Championship! Also, congrats to Kenmore girls bowler Cailyn Willard who finished 2nd overall to earn a spot on the Section VI All-Star team competing at the state tourney!
