To read (decode), a child needs to know how to blend. To spell (encode), a child needs to know how to segment. Teach these 2 PA skills well (with letters) and leave the "advanced" PA skills (deletion, substitution, reversal) on the shelf.

Ppl are completely misunderstanding accountability. Derek Chauvin has not been held accountable. He has been convicted. That’s not accountability. No one has taken any ACCOUNT. Neither he nor the system have apologized, expressed remorse or made any amends to change the system.
