7/8 To top it off, you could even order chilled / warm sake🍶 to go with the ginormous 🍜 bowl. As each slot only accommodated 10 people, Chef Kavan came to each table to talk about the noodles and his time in Japan. In the end there was a complimentary matcha profiterole!
