'twas the night before Christmas... Report is ready, just need some numbers to fill it with. We'll be talking to c.5,000 voters tomorrow after they cast their votes. The amazing Ipsos B&A interviewers at hundreds of polling stations tomorrow. All to be revealed at 10pm.

A wild ride today. The rollercoaster of seeing an exit poll build in front of you. A privilege to be part of. Now it's on to working through the results which explain why people voted the way they did. All being released tomorrow morning. #exitpoll

As mentioned yesterday, we're already doing this. No-one is more eager than the polling team at Ipsos B&A to understand what happened and learn from it. Polling is tricky, exit polling even trickier. Both are constantly evolving.

Has anyone seen any election tally results (individual polling station level) published in local newspapers or elsewhere? Previously the Wicklow ones were published in the Bray People, but not in latest edition. Adrian Kavanagh perhaps?

Thanks to amazing work by hauliers, ferry companies, etailers, and AnPost logistics staff, we managed to reroute overnight 350,000 parcels delayed at Holyhead. A further 150,000 to go. We will deliver them! No delays on domestic or EU parcels.

Pretty odd to be watching TV this evening and see a much younger version of myself pop up on screen. 😳 Always with the polling questions!

Folks it’s the weekend and if you are in the northern hemisphere you just made it through the 10 darkest weeks of the year!

Went to Dara Ó Briain last night. Second time I've seen him, and second time I've found myself sitting in front row. Also the second time I've been the butt of his joke. I either need to stop going to see him, or stop revealing my Greystones heritage.

Starting the bank holiday with a sunny beer and finishing this fantastic read from Gavan Reilly. 👏 The Irish political system explained only as he could (and without the medium of smarties). Should be added to the school curriculum.
