frankly, I love ads on yt. they offer insight into where brands invest their money and can be a great source of inspiration however, when using non-premium yt, I get bombarded almost exclusively with ClickUp and monday.com I’d even watch ads more if they were more diverse

there’s a certain symmetry to it. the two most talked-about stories in SV lately were a guy scamming fancy startups, and a founder of a fancy startup ripping off his own employees out of their equity by joining the big tech.

past 2 years I said never keep your landing page in the codebase. in spatial.chat days it slowed us down. webflow let GTM move fast. now I think opposite: with Cursor, keeping it in the product repo makes the product → landing loop faster. webflow & co slow it down
