Scientist Sam came in announcements today to tell us about the new moon. Mrs. Bolling represented El Salvador today for Hispanic Heritage Month.

“Volunteers do not necessarily have the time, they have the heart!” - Elizabeth Andrew. Mrs. Nash’s kindergarten classroom loved having a Mystery Reader read to them this morning!

Schmalz Elementary kids show R-E-S-P-E-C-T! These sharks were chosen by their class for seeing the good in people and things and treating them with care. They enjoyed a special breakfast.

Today, some teachers from Columbia represented their country by showing us some wonderful items including ponchos, bags, jewelry, animals, singers and more.

Great work by 5th grader Abraham Carrera who helped us celebrate Hispanic heritage month by representing Paraguay.

The "Dr. G Visits Me" visits are in full swing! Superintendent Dr. Gregorski recently visited students and staff at Schmalz Elementary, Mayde Creek Elementary, Mayde Creek Junior High and Mayde Creek High School.
