1/2 Wow, GFiber might be the WORST customer service experience ever. Canceled my appt b/c they hadn't installed the equipment. Never contacted me to reschedule. I had to contact customer service 3 times with no resolution other than "Someone will contact you in 24 hours..."

2/2 Spoiler alert: No one contacted me. The 3rd time I get GFiber customer service. They say the equipment in the AREA is damaged and it will be fixed by September 17th...more than a month after my appt. Again, no one contacted ME to tell me this. I had to reach them.

There is a time, place, and use for AI today. A replacement for human empathy, sympathy, compassion, and genuine connection is not one of those.

Live FOR those that make us better. Do not live BECAUSE of those who could care less about compromise for mutual well-being. In healthy relationships, you should do things FOR others to help them live better lives and be better. Do not do things BECAUSE of their selfish demands.
