Disturbing news from NIH today. All study sections cancelled. Health research is what makes America great. Research saves lives. The biomedical research sector employs many Americans. Hospitals and universities need research grants for infrastructure.

Clinical trials are critical to translating laboratory discoveries into real-world benefits, and they offer hope to cancer patients who have limited treatment options. Disruptions in NIH funding will delay or halt these vital clinical trials and threaten lifesaving progress.
