🌹🌺National Random Acts of Kindness Day we surprised two of our Tourism Academy ladies with beautiful flowers, during our Food Safety training session, to brighten up their day. Not wanting the other attendees to feel left out we gifted them a lovely spring plant 🌼🌷 #kindness

Our lovely Tourism Academy participants completed there Emergency First Aid at work with Janice Bisp of BISP Training Ltd. Attendees learnt about basic first aid requirements such as dealing with burns or bleeds, CPR and using defibrillators. All passed with flying colours 👏

This is the first proper date night we have had in nearly 3 years! Both kids out tonight so got our glad rags on. Fabulous meal and service at Twilight Coffee & Bunkhouse, Carnlough. Highly recommend. Followed by a wee ice cream in the car 😆. Who said romance is dead ❤️

Sometimes you just need a wee cuppa and chocolate. Thanks to my wee daughter Sophie for this and lovely flowers after a challenging few days. Big event last week. Big one tomorrow 😳 But next week I’ll be be on a well earned holiday to Malaga with my lovely husband Steven ❤️

My daughter Sophie and I talked about getting matching tattoos for last few years. We just got them in Dublin today. We have been through such a difficult time these last few years. Little North Star representing stability, resilience and guidance during challenging times ❤️

Happy Fathers Day to the two dads in my life. My daddy Kenny Brownlow who passed away 46 years this month when I was 5. Loved and missed each day. Missing out on so, so much. The other my step dad Norman who came into my life when I was aged 18 and been there ever since ❤️
