JUST IN: Pope Leo XIV today called on Catholic politicians to strengthen their knowledge of Catholic doctrine, defend the natural law, and have the courage to say “no” to “party directives” when the truth is at stake. via substack: dianemontagna.substack.com/p/pope-leo-to-…

It is shocking to me that so many left wing politicians attack the idea of prayer in response to a tragedy. Literally no one thinks prayer is a substitute for action. We pray because our hearts are broken and we believe that God is listening.

Pope Leo XIV firmly rejected the notion of Catholic politicians claiming theyre “personally prolife” yet vote for abortion: “There's no division within the personality of a public figure: there's not on one side the politician & on the other the Christian.” lifenews.com/2025/08/28/pop…

Pope Leo's entire message here is short, but it is absolutely incredible, and is worth reading in its entirety. Much of it applies not just to Christian political leaders, but all Christians engaging in politics--which is basically all of us. vatican.va/content/leo-xi…

This is powerful. JD Vance leads a crowd in prayer for the children lost in the Minneapolis tragedy: “Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.” ✝️

JD Vance Thank you, Vice President Vance, for your response to Jen Psaki's horrendous comments after this terrible tragedy. May the Lord bless you and your family. Our Nation needs your leadership. And, our Church needs your clear witness to Jesus Christ and the power of prayer.

I have evangelical Protestant friends, who were so disappointed with the confused messages of Francis, telling me they love Pope Leo. Some even call him a "catholic Billy graham" to me, because he focuses the Church and the world on JESUS CHRIST AS THE ONLY SAVIOR OF THE WHOLE

Deacon Keith Fournier I love Pope Leo. Francis made the uncomplicated Gospel complicated and ambiguous. Pope Leo, so far, has been straightforward and clear. He makes me proud to be a Catholic. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to self-flagellate in order to subjugate my pride. (Note to

The Holy Mass in Minneapolis, where two children were martyred and 17 injured and attacked, was a "Novus Ordo" Mass. I thank the Lord of the whole Church, Jesus Christ, that this diabolical, evil act, is shaking Faithful Catholics, and other Christians, to re-focus our approach.

“There is no split in the personality of a public figure: There is not, on one side, the politician and, on the other, the Christian. Rather, there is a politician who, under God’s gaze and before his conscience, lives his commitments and responsibilities as a Christian!” — Pope
