Today marks the 50th anniversary of the movie Jaws. An all time classic made before special effects were actually special ! This is a large oil on canvas I painted a few years back and still one of my favourites.

Some progress made on this crashing waves painting. Really enjoying using palette knives and bigger brushes to get a more painterly effect. Some more work to do on the wave and I think I'll call this one done.

A portrait I was commissioned to paint back in 2020, of well known Cork artist Willie Harrington. Sadly Willie passed away on Monday at the age of 85.
