In our 100 year history of #excellence, we’ve had 13 police chiefs. Our first was Chief Froelicher who led two officers with motorcycles (no patrol cars yet!). Now, Chief Jones leads a team of 37 sworn personnel. We’ll continue sharing our history as we celebrate our centenary.

On July 7, 2022, Joshua Caldwell, 40, of Independence, was arrested by Kenton County Police Det. Kyle Wallace for 4 counts of Possession of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance By a Minor. Caldwell is being held in the Kenton Co Detention Center on $10,000 cash bond.
