Using AI to write tests is fine. Despite the popularity of the phrase TDD, most tests get written after the code they are testing anyway. But it’s important to review any AI generated code because it often hallucinates methods that don’t exist.

Help us find this person! Rivals 2 has 8 frames of max rollback online. And we have a ton more gameplay objects than traditional fighters. We’re seeing that some players are CPU bound in the betas. We need someone to help us get it as good as possible for launch!

What should I be reading/watching to learn more about web UX and design? I can implement most designs that I see or copy another site but how do I learn to design something myself?

Do I know any of the people who ran Ruby on Ales? If not, do I know any one that knows them? I’d like to chat with them about running it.

Next week is Philly.rb! Mike Dalton is joining us for an intro to Hotwire Native. If you’ve been curious about taking Rails to mobile without going all-in on Swift/Kotlin, this is a great chance to learn how teams are doing it in practice. meetup.com/phillyrb/event…
