Dormant seeding today ahead of freeze up! Seeding 2 durum, a CWRS and a barley! Field was treated like a fall crop field for pre burns as it is a fall crop field 😀 We will be hosting a late June tour to look at the fall crops and these dormant seeded plots. #WestCdnAg

So there is snow cover but it seems like the soil temp has dropped to 0.1 and is staying there. Is that because that means it’s frozen? Or warm temps coming from below until it actually freezes up? Mid next week looks warm again. Katharyn Houston Love this soil temp attachment!
