When I walk into a school, and it becomes obvious to me that the adults enjoy working there, I immediately suspect it is a good place for students. Strong staff morale reflects a strong culture... and that’s an environment that is good for kids... and their learning.

Parents, it’s okay for your kids to be bored, and don’t feel bad when they complain about it. Boredom breeds creativity. It’s a good thing!
