Another day at the Gym: 60 minutes nonstop of cardio sweating and burning belly fat 🏃— I am feeling good physically and mentally

I agree that Strength Training burns fat up to 72 hrs after….but unfortunately I can’t do it now with a Casts and a fracture in my right hand. The Good news is I lost 10 Lbs in one week. Maybe this Friday my doctor will decide to get rid of the cast.

Everyday 60 minutes Cardio at the Gum made me lose 10 Lbs in one week. Maybe this Friday my doctor will decide to get rid of the cast and will start Strength Training. Sweating 😓 and eating healthy feeling great mentally and physically.

At my hand ✋ doctors’ appointment. I hope my fractured bone 🦴 healed so I can get rid of that cast.

Thank you God 🙏 my fractured bone healed perfectly based on the X-Ray and no more cast, but needs a physical therapy to be able to move my fingers.
