On Dec. 17, close to 80 Arthur Day Middle School families took part in an after-school culinary class as part of the Kitchen Brigades program offered in over 200 schools across Canada. It teaches healthy eating habits, team spirit, and creativity, while demonstrating the pleasure of cooking.
